A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in length overall blazoned as follows: Per pile reversed Azure and Argent (Silver Gray), an arrowhead Sable bearing in chief a mullet of the second, overall on a fess bretessed Vert, a lightning bolt and a key, wards to dexter base and upward, in saltire of the second. Attached below a Blue scroll inscribed "RELY ON ME" in Silver.
